On December 5, Vice Minister Wang Bingnan accompanied Vice-premier of State Council Ma Kai to jointly preside over the 3rd meeting of China-Ukraine Intergovernmental Cooperation Committee with the First Vice Prime Minister and the Minister of Economic Development and Trade Kubiv in Kiev and made a speech on behalf of the sub-committee of economy and trade. After the meeting, Vice Minister Wang Bingnan, Vice Minister of Agriculture Qu Dongyu, International Trade Representative of Ukrainian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade Mykolska and Ukrainian Vice Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Trofimtseva jointly signed China-Ukraine agricultural Investment Cooperation Plan.
