On the morning of December 2, Vice Minister Wang Bingnan attended the opening ceremony of the 11th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum in Macao and delivered a keynote speech. Prior to the opening ceremony, Vice Minister Wang accompanied Mr Ho lat-seng, Chief Executive of the Macao SAR to meet the important guests attending the Forum.

In the afternoon, Vice Minister Wang attended and addressed the sixth China-LAC Infrastructure Forum.
