On September 16, Wang Bingnan, Vice Minister of Commerce, Director of the Office of the Organizing Committee for the China International Import Expo (CIIE), and Party Secretary and Director General of the CIIE Bureau, attended and spoke at a seminar with some participating enterprises of the third CIIE.
